There are many witches I
find inspirational, especially on youTube which is where this choice has come
from. Lady Grave Dancer is a very special soul – she has been through a few
dark times but as the spirit is qualified to do, she has bounced back. The
definition of inspirational to me is the ability to be honest about how
extraordinary you are without ego – something I am still personally working on.
The first thing I find
specifically inspirational about this remarkable woman is the love she feels;
this begins with her family. I believe love is where magick comes from: love of
deity, love of nature; the hearts ability to feel is the spirits ability to
manifest. You can see the passion she has for everything in her life and I
believe that comes from having to fight for it – that is inspirational.
That love is extended to
her matron Goddess – Hecate; now as I align and work with the Greek pantheon
regularly, I find her dedication to this Goddess inspiring. In fact I will be
posting about the Gods & Goddesses of the Greek pantheon after Summer
Solstice and I have decided, thanks to LGD, to start with Hecate. Her alignment
with, dedication to and love of this deity makes her so very steady in her
practice which is obvious in her videos.
